"I have done business w/Park-n-Go for probably 3 years now. The staff are always polite and it is extremely nice to have the car ready and waiting. This last visit; however, the staff went above and beyond and reminded me why I try to fly out of Dayton despite being equally close to Columbus, Detroit, and even Fort Wayne (I live in Findlay). I parked, went to the airport, got thru security and realized I had left my cell phone in my car. I called, they took the time (almost 20 min) to find the car, check the car, confirm the phone was there hiding on the floor and then brought the cell phone to me in time for me to catch my flight. In today\'s world, a business trip without a cell phone would have been a disaster. Had I used a standard long-term parking, I would have missed the flight, or been left with purchasing a disposible.
